My ATV adventures started a little over 3 years ago, about 164 weeks to be exact. This is my “100th Adventure Ride” , as you can see I ride more than once every other week. I have tried not to repeat any rides that proved about impossible. In the last 2 years I have picked up a few riding buddies including my wife Connie. I guess being a trail guide goes with the territory. It is kind of fun leading other to places they have never seen.

My wife always wanted to go to Sheep’s Bridge and this seemed to be the time to do it. The snow up in the pine forests makes it un-ride-able at this time. Soon it will be uncomfortable to ride at the lower elevations,,, so I guess now is the time.
The road going into 7 Spring was making us crazy with wash boarded surface so we just parked the truck at the Bronco Trailhead and road in from there
All of the creeks were flowing at a nice pace and the water was crystal clear. This is a cabin at the 6 Bar Ranch
The road kind of goes up in elevation to cross some of the mountains. The temperature was unexpectedly cold at under 50 degrees. I guess this temperature is to be expected at 5000 feet. The view made the chilly temperature a good trade off
Interesting places to stretch your legs are plentiful. Looks like a mini Monument Valley in this area.
If you pay attention, a lot of the main road is near and parallel to Tangle Creek. This offers many side roads the actually run along the side of the creek. Camping spots are abundant if you know where to look. The vegetation is thick in the shallow canyons along the creek.
It may be hard to tell but this is a long ride, not a hard ride just long. It was 37 miles from the parking area to the bridge. I thing this spot is still another 15 miles away. I just enjoy the views.
This road just goes and goes. I think I can see a small part of the Verde River –Yhee Ha ! just another 10 miles.
We made it almost. Just below is the Sheep Bridge ! (Continued on the next page)
